About Us

We are a very unique company that provide property management services for overseas landlords who cannot look after the day to day running of their property or landlords who already have a portfolio of properties, who just simply do not have the time to look after it. In some instances landlords have to re-let currently occupied properties through an agent before they can get the management service. Some Estate Agents charge massive fees up to 7% per month of the property rent, highly expensive for a couple of phone calls a month dont you think??? That is why we charge one flat rate fee for management

 

Services

We are primarily based in West London and tend to deal with properties in this area.

For properties outside this area there will be a small added charge to the monthly fee.

  • Day to day maintenence of the property
  • We offer a Landlord Log In area, which is a section where landlords can log in 24 hours a day and keep track of their portfolio. This has proved to be very convenient to landlords who travel or live abroad. It explains when contracts are up for renewal, rent increase due date,  any maintenance that has taken place on the property. This service is updated daily.
  • A constant emergency telephone for landlords and tenants, which estate agents do not offer
  • Local knowledge of West London
  • The ability to negotiate the best possible price for works (inc emergency works) to be carried out
  • The ability to keep track of renewal agreements (and negotiate with the original agent that did the let, or if a private let, send out our copy and new agreement)
  • Keep track of legal things, Gas Safety Certificate...etc
  • Should you wish to advertise the property for rent at anytime, we are in constant contact with Estate Agents in the area and can negotiate a cheaper fee for you where applicable.
